How old do I have to be to order?+
You must be 21 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID. ID is verified at pickup or before delivery — no exceptions.
Where do you deliver?+
Same-day delivery is available across the greater Houston, Texas area. Enter your address in the Delivery flow at the top of the site to confirm coverage and an estimated arrival time.
Can I pick up my order at a store?+
Yes. Choose Pickup at the top of the site, select a Houston store, and pick a time slot — next available or later today. You can also schedule a pickup for tomorrow morning if today's slots are full.
How fast is same-day delivery?+
Average delivery time is around 45 minutes after your order is confirmed, depending on traffic and distance. Order by 9pm for same-day service.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept cash and debit cards in store, and cash for delivery. Exact change is appreciated for delivery orders.
Are your products lab tested?+
Every product on our shelf is COA-verified (Certificate of Analysis) and curated by our buyers. All flower is indoor-grown and hand-trimmed.
Is this legal under federal law?+
Yes. All Dollar Dank products are derived from hemp and contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis, in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill. See the compliance notice below for full details.
How does the rewards program work?+
Create a free membership and you get a unique referral code. When a new customer uses your code and spends $40 or more, you automatically earn a $20 credit. No cap on referrals.
Do you offer first-time customer deals?+
Yes. First-time customers can claim 30% off their first order plus a free pre-roll — just show a valid 21+ ID at pickup or delivery.
